Founding partner of Griffiths & Smitherman, P.L. concentrating in the area of Business Law, Marketing and Advertising Law, Trademark and Copyright, Entertainment Law, and Business Litigation.
Prior to founding The Law Firm for Small Businesses, P.L.L.C., Ms. Griffiths was general counsel to several international corporations and has extensive experience in business transactions as well as drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with domestic corporations as well as with international corporations located in China, Hong Kong, Europe, and the Caribbean. In her years as general counsel to an international marketing firm, she gained extensive knowledge in marketing and advertising law, product licensing, Copyright and Trademark, and FCC regulations.
In addition, Ms. Griffiths has a broad range of experience in Entertainment Law representing and advising authors, artists, actors, models, singers, and songwriters. She is also a registered author with the Screenwriters Guild of America. Ms. Griffiths is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law.
